La Guadalupe is a collaboration between Azure Development, Many Mansions, and the City of Los Angeles. The development will construct a 60,000 square foot five-story mixed-use building comprised of 44 affordable housing units, 7,100 square feet of ground floor retail, 41 parking stalls, and 56 bicycle parking stalls. La Guadalupe is less than a mile from Downtown Los Angeles and across the street from the historic Mariachi Plaza.
