Located at 7916 Long Beach Boulevard at Cudahy Street in the City of South Gate, this public-private partnership will create eleven (11) townhomes. The townhomes are affordable to working families making at or below 80% of the Area Median Income. Azure Community Development has partnered with the City of South Gate and the California Department of Housing and Community Development on this important project.
