Azure Development, intends to construct nine (9) affordable units on a 11,804 square foot parcel at the corner of State Street at 61st Street within the City of Huntington Park. All units will house residents making at or below 80% the Area Median Income. Our non-profit arm will partner with banks and local realtors to create a program to assist Huntington Park first-time homebuyers with down payment funds and low-interest loans.
