This 36,500-square foot five-story mixed use development includes 43 affordable housing units restricted to very low and extremely low-income households.

The proposed mixed-use project will feature 7,550 Sq Ft of ground floor commercial space with two to three tenants.

All components of the project were created in coalition with the Community. Azure has met with different community groups and Stakeholders to receive input on the types of tenants they would like to see at LA GUADALUPE. We will continue to do outreach in the community to make sure this project meets the needs of the neighborhood.

Other amenities include a 4,300 square feet of open space with BBQ areas for residents.
