This project site totals approximately 2.47 acres at the southwest corner of Bell Gardens Avenue and Quinn Street. Designed in Santa Barbara-style architecture, the project includes 48 homes that range from 2 to 4 bedrooms that include enclosed parking garages.
The proposed homes will feature five different floor plans for buyers to choose from— each with their own private balcony and patio space. The gated community features guest parking, lush landscaping, shaded picnic areas, BBQ grills, and a dog park.
1st & Boyle

This 36,500-square foot five-story mixed use development includes 43 affordable housing units restricted to very low and extremely low-income households.
The proposed mixed-use project will feature 8,000-square feet of ground floor commercial space with a laundromat and café.
All components of the project were created in coalition with the Community, especially the inclusion of a full-service laundromat to replace the one demolished on the site.
Other amenities include a 1,137-square foot community room and 5,692 square feet of open space with BBQ areas for residents.
Azure is actively looking to acquire properties for infill housing throughout the Southwest for single-family townhomes or mixed-use projects. Azure is willing to consider challenged sites of sizes ranging from less that an acre to 10 acres in the urban areas of California, Nevada, Arizona and Colorado.
